As I have a pimples problem I.e. Whenever I eat hot nature foods I instantly gets a few pimples And now I have joined gym and my trainer has advised me to take protien powder which is also very hot in nature. So I am confused what to do now as both face n body building is important for me. Please please advice.

Hello lybrate-user, try taking normal protein rich foods like eggs, lean pieces of chicken, nuts, pulses and sprouts which will give you the same effect minus the negative side effects.
