My age is 26. I have master batted more than 300 times along with sex with girls 100 times total 400 times my sperm has come out. And I got semen analysis there I got very less sperm it's difficult to increase the count and motility. Even my testicles are swelling. So please answer what I have to do now to cute this and have a baby.
