I am A diabetic with 290 fasting. I am on glimeride and metformin hydrochloride sr tablets along with some desi medicines. My problem is irritation on penis tip and painful while pulling skin back since about 2 months. I used terbinafine HCL 1% ointment for relief. Which gives no long time relief. Other day when we had sex. My wife too got infected. Sex performance has also drowned drastic ally. Please help.

Please continue applying antifungal ointment for at least 1 month. You will need oral antifungals too like fluconazole or itraconazol, if applying cream is not working.
