I have been diagnosed with adenomyosis and endometrics spots. 2 weeks back I had a laparoscopy procedure and endometriosis ablation was performed for removal of spots and mineral has been inserted. Initially I did not had any pains. After a week I stared heavy bleeding for a week without pains. But now since 4 dayz I am getting very severe abdominal cramps on right side but with very mild bleeding. My pain subsides when I take calpol 500 mg tablets but it again comes back after some time. Is this normal? Should I remove the iud.

hi pain could be due to IUD observe it for 2-3cycles . mild pain could be due to endometriosis.

You should not remove the IUD after few days will be adjust. After taken the prescribed medicine. Arnica Mont - 2000 in no 30 globules, to be taken four globules four times before food for 7 days and report me the result.
