I have been diagnosed with adenomyosis and endometrics spots. 2 weeks back I had a laparoscopy procedure and endometriosis ablation was performed for removal of spots and mineral has been inserted. Initially I did not had any pains. After a week I stared heavy bleeding for a week without pains. But now since 4 dayz I am getting very severe abdominal cramps on right side but with very mild bleeding. My pain subsides when I take calpol 500 mg tablets but it again comes back after some time. Is this normal? Should I remove the iud.
