Hello Sir Its jreally good to know that you can not tolerate any wrong thing .But anything in excess is danger so sometimes its also not good for you too so firsty you have to control
your mind and for this please do yoga
exercise n try to do some mind exercise like chess it will divert
your mind n yes do meditation
. N when you feel angry take cold water close your eyes take deep breath
