It's sound good when you say you don't like injustice but it's equally sound bad when you have aggression or anger I am giving you some tips try thease 1_ write every incidenc which make you angery 2_ try to find out exact condition like what it's does means by injustice 3_ review all your write and give comment on your writting 4_learn some relaxation exercise 5_ learn some new skill or some creative work. If agter doing all these you still feel anger then must consult any good psychologist for your counselling. Take care & stay healthy.
You have been suppressing and holding on to your emotions and feelings for long due to which you are having pent up anger and helplessness now. You need ventilate them regularly either exposing your past either by talking out or talking in front of mirror till you feel better or write them down on paper as much as you can in one single go and once you are done than tear the paper and burn them outside your premises and imagine that they are all gone. Do it regularly and you will start feeling better in 1 weeks time.
