Hello, I'm suffering from back pain for the last 3 months. The initial doctors gave painkillers & advised rest but the pain has not reduced completely. My new doctor (Not allopathy but a natural treatment one) advised MRI & the report said "Posterocentral disc protrusion at L5-S2, mild disc bulge at L4-L5 causing thenal sac indentation and narrowing of bilateral neural foramina. Whole spine reading shows Anterior osteophytes noted involving cervical vertebrae. Mild C4, C5, C6 disc bulges" My doctor after seeing this suggested physiotherapy. Is this treatment good or should I consider another one?
