Hey Doctor, I want to ask How to sleep continuous for a night person I am working in night Shift from 6: 30 pm to 3: 30 am and I only Sleep for 4-5 hours, what to do so that I can increase my sleep duration.

Nothing can be done to this just make a habit of sleeping in the morning for 4 to 5 hours fixed.

It becomes difficult to sleep normally, as the sleep rhythm is disturbed due to the night shifts. Give sufficient time to the body to adjust. Eat only healthy food ( avoid all outside food and cold drinks along with tobacco and alcohol ). Have more fruits and vegetables which will nourish your body and help remain healthy. You can also start exercising everyday for 30 mins which will induce good sleep rhythm. Learn Yoga ( include pranayam and meditation ) as it can bring in harmony between the mind and the body.
