I am a vegetarian person. I am tall and thin. From last 6-7 months I am going to gymnasium. At this moment I am better than before. I want to ask should I start eating chicken or any other non vegetarian food as diet supplement, if really help my body in gaining weight and getting better shape. What would you like to suggest?

Chicken and meat are good sources of protein. The amino acids present are readily available to the body. However the best protein available is egg white. If you want, you can balance the protein requirement with egg whites and continue being a vegetarian. If you do not want to eat non vegetarian products absolutely, then you can go for protein rich stuff like soyabean and other legumes. It will take more time but it is eventually possible to gain mass with vegetarian products also. However non vegetarian products give faster results.
