Hi Lybrate user To reduce tummy you need to proper diet regime along with exercise for the core area, so that you can reduce the tummy. Few tips 1. Avoid refined flour food products 2. Drink atleast 12 glass of water 3. 2 servings of fruit everyday 4.suryanamskar on daily basis 5. Have 5 small meals.
