Hello doctor I have a Dimple on Anal ring usually Look like a Lump or Bump I feel it with my Finger Its like Round like a small or tiny round circled shaped boll Just I feel like this with my Finger I am 20 years Old And I am male. Please Doctor Help I just do not understand what to do is it serious? Please doctor help me out Thank you.

It most probably is a piles mass. It could also be the external tag if an anal fissure. Most important is to avoid constipation. Drink lot of fluids, take fruits, vegetables in good quantity. Please do not strain much while passing motions. Thus the piles and the fissure will not aggravate or cause any problems to you. For examination, it is better you consult a G.I surgeon or a Gen. Surgeon, who can do a proctoscopy and diagnose the problem. The piles mass can easily be cured by banding or sclerotherapy, in the OPD itself.
