Total I am taking 6-7 tablets daily. I am doing walking daily morning for 30 minutes. Avoiding Rice in morning and evening. Taking Ragi and wheat in morning and evening. Will all this control my sugar level? Will there be any side effects later. I want to avoid sugar tablet as soon as possible. Kindly suggest me to become normal.
