Do not take much caffeine at evening. 4. Do not watch the tv late night 5. Do not hang yourself in too much time with mobile and laptop 6. Finish your dinner by 8 pm and go to bed by 10 pm 7. Do not eat too much, beyond your threshold level at night, do not eat much spicy or oily or fatty food at night 8.
