Hello actually I am on calorie deficit diet and high protein diet and I workout 2 hours a day, 6 days a week and my protein consumption is also normal ,i consume protein powder (2 scoops a day, isopure 25grams protein each scoop) actually I feel like stomach ache due to gas might be or something and I do not feel good in my stomach ,sometimes my motion is liquid when I feel this pain or gas not daily but sometimes, why? I do not know and I am worried about it. My trainer suggested me to take liv 52 medicine as it is normal to feel this as he said my liver is not digesting so I should take it for better digestion. Please help me and explain. Thanks ishaan.
