Good Morning, I am 57 Yrs of Age and my question is more on the emotions related issues than any physical illness. For the past few months I feel keep running away from the existing setup and life and live somewhere in seclusion just doing meditation in my pursuit to reach to the almighty. While my both daughters are married, however the only thing that holds me back is my spouse and father. A guidance in the matter will be appreciated.
