There was a bit of pain in head and shoulders and legs after exercise jogging. please give me some better tips to get rid of it.

Hi relax and take a rest. There is always muscle soreness when you do new exercise or increase intensity of exercise. Take hot water bath. Increase fluid intake. Eat freash fruits and vegetables. If still you don't get relief consult me via lybrate.
