I am a 52 years old Male and gets gout attack usually once in a year. Though I am able to manage it within 2-3 days by taking baking soda 2-3 teaspoon a day and ibuprofen 600 mg 3 times a day. I am a mild drinker consuming 90 ml liquor 3 to 4 times a week and take only chicken in non veg 3 times a week. How can I completely eliminate this problem. Kindly advise. Regards Nar Singh.
