I think There is infection in upper part of my penis since 10-15 days. White white material get stored all around my upper part of penis covered under skin. And when I wash it from water slowly it seems like that particular part has got scratched and becomes red for a while. The circle from where the skin of penis goes up and down get scratched and it hurts slowly. Rashes of blood also seen on that sharp round of my penis. Plzz suggest me what to do now. I am very feared about that since last 10-15 days. Thank you.
