I am 23 year old male and I am masturbating from last 13 years, now I have started physical exercise so I have reduced the no of counts per week, I have stared doing once a week, I have noticed some disadvantages I would like to share like if I need to get sleep early or I need relaxation it helps me and after masturbation I feel week from inside. I need to ask how many days are required to make perfect count of sperm for a human body or after how many days a human can do masturbation for a healthy body.
