I am regularly going for GYM. But not able to increase my weight. My height is 5'6" and weight 53 kg. Can you suggest me some diet plan so as to increase my weight to 65-70 kg.

Some tips for weight gain :- 1) Don't drink water before meal. 2) Take at least 6 tp 7 meal in day. 3) Add more milk and milk products in your diet. 4) Add weight gainer shake in your meal. 5) Use Big plates. 6) Add cream to your coffee and tea. 7) Don't skip breakfast. 8) Do some cardio exercise minimum 30 minutes. 9) Increase calories in your meals. 10) Add more protein, carbohydrate, fiber rich foods in your diet. 11) Take creatine. 12) Take qualityful sleep.
