M suffering from excessive pain in the upper stomach from past one weak followed by burping and tiredness. Uneasiness.I .also getting vomiting sensation. Feel lethargic and sleepy always. I also get headache and backspin occasionally. I am 5'6" and 80 kg. Have got fat tummy as well. Have been getting very bad cramps during periods. I take combiflam tablet to overcome pain. Kindly suggest any good treatment.
