Hey, I am having scalp acne. It's been very long time and they are not cured yet. I have tried Anti dandruff shampoo. I had some cultivation tests on them but found no bacteria or any infection. I have taken Isotroin. It got rid of them but they comes again when I stop the medicine. Kindly help how can I get rid of them and take care of my hairs. I am not able to get a haircut because of them.
