Hi. I am not aware about how much you want to reduce but I can assure you that if you follow my advice; you ll definitely lose weight in a healthy way. You have to follow 3 simple rules. 1. Eat ONLY when you are hungry. 2. Take a very small morsel at a time. 3. Swallow only when the taste of the food disappears in your mouth itself.
