Mr. lybrate-user thanks for your query. We hope to help you in best of our capacity. 1. Try to sit one hour in sunlight every day. 2. 1glass of double toned milk everyday. 3. Add makhane in your diet (100 gram per day) 4.you need to avoid egg ,mutton chicken and high protein food products. 5. Have lots of vegetables, low fat cereals, fruits in your diet. 6. Avoid sugar ,high fat, excessive carbohydrate in your diet. Thanks.
