Dear doctor my son which age 10 years. His problem he is too much anger. If he demand something and if I will do not give he want to kill us. Like knife or anything which in front off his hand. He never listen anyone space. Always we listen what he want. What his problem please inform me. He never thing his age or hight. He know that he is big and he will kill all of them. We are scare. Please help.

If a child is behaving with so much anger outbursts we first question the parenting, whether all his needs from the beginning were met immediately before, and he is to throw temper tantrums to meet his needs. Any child learns patterns of behaviours from the known others, parents and environment. If the parenting and environment is fine you need to assess the child for IQ/ADHD or for other behavioural problems with a clinical psychologist.in this modern world with ao much of violent cartoons and movies if the child is exposed to many the child might mimic certain super heroes with his acquired knowledge and act to his needs of gratification. If the child falls under ADHD please provide him the needful pharmacotherapy treatment and behavioural therapy to change his behaviour. Take care.
