I have a teaching job and I have to stand up almost 9 hours a day My B12 is 116 and vitamin D is 8. I have lower back pain since 1 month Please advice.

Please Go for X-ray LS Spine lateral view and WhatsApp me the X-ray. Also start B12 and D3 Supplements. If it's a localised pain it's not due to this deficiency. If it's bilateral lumbar paraspinal then obviously due to it.
