Hello Akash, you need to increase your daily food intake to gain weight in a healthy way. Try to eat something healthy after every 2 hours. Besides a healthy breakfast , add an extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add sweet dish after meals. In between have foods like cheese sandwiches , milkshakes, dry fruits, peanuts, namkeens, idlis, dhoklas, aloo chaat, paneer tikkas, boiled eggs,juices , etc. Weight gainer will not sustain your weight permanently and you will lose weight again once you stop taking supplements.
