Hello, meri age 24 hai mujhe ye janna hai ki empty stomach me exercise acha hota hai ki kuch khane ke bad exercise jruri hai, maine dekha hai jyadatr log workout ke pehle kuch khate hai fir exercise ko shi mantte hai, agar kuch khane ke bad exercise best hai to kya khana chahiye before workout.
