Hi, am 18 years old male, I take 50g of protein, do sprints, take multivitamins everyday, do fasting for hgh increase, will this increase my height? No matter what happens I want to increase my height.

An 18-year-old should consume between 1,800 and 3,200 calories per day, depending on gender, size and activity levels. 3)Do exercises that improve your posture. Pilates and yoga strengthen the muscles that support the spine. Proper posture makes you appear taller.
