My 3 years old son has intermittent exotropia squint. I noticed it when he was 1.5 years and from then checked with many doctors. Some have recommended operation and some to wait till he is older and can start exercises. I see his eye is improving and it is evident only when he dreams or looks at far distance. His vision is perfect. Please can you suggest doctors who have treated such cases.

You can wait till he gets older and if his exo exceeds 50 percent of awake time then you can consider surgery. In the mean while you can continue exercises as prescribed. Thanks.
