Hi. I done an unprotected sex on 12th july and my mensuration date is 25 july. My periods is not starting but feeling pain from last 5 days. I test 6 time by preganews and the result is negative. What I do to start my period. is am pregnant or not? last month I took continuous 7 days a pill for shifting my period, Is this there side effects or I am pregnant. please help me. please request.

Tablets taken last month for postponing your periods doesnt prolong next cycle. Since you had unprotected sex in your fertile period, which is around 2 weeks before next period date, there is a chance of pregnancy, preganews will show results 4-5 days after due date. If you have done the urine test today, and it is negative, pregnancy is less likely. My advice for you would be to wait for 3-4 days, since pain has started, if periods dont come then repeat urine test after3 days. There is no medicine to start the periods at this stage. Be careful next time, try to use regular contraception to avoid such situations. Have you taken any I pill or other emergency contraception? that can also delay your periods.
