I am having Deficiency of B12. My level By is 100 and my Age is 35 years. I am suffering from forgetfulness and At times I get very Depressed. What should I do to get out of the these quickly.

If you are vegetarian then start outdoor activities such as walking, playing and please start some milk products in limited amount which have some vit b12 such as butter plus supplement of inj methyl cobalamine 1500 mg once i/m for 15 days.

Hi lybrate-user, with B12 deficiency its common to have symptoms of depression and forgetfulness. So initially start with vit B 12 supplements and if not improved then add anti depressant medicine. Thank you.
