I am facing hair fall since long time. I am 26 years old. My family has genetic hair pattern baldness. My dad also has pattern baldness and is mostly bald now. I am also facing hair fall. I need to shampoo my hairs daily and apply conditioner tl it otherwise it become more rough and starts breaking. I am using patanjali aloevera hair cleanser and patanjali protein conditioner. Is it ok if I daily shampoo and condition my hairs. Whenever I apply hair oil (coconut oil), during combing aftee putting oil, I get at least 50-60 hairs in comb total. What is the cure for my pattern baldness. Is there any oil through which I cn stop hair fall and regain hairs in bald part.

You may be suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts refeeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. This may also be accompanied by severe dandruff. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is a lotion and tablets. There is no other alternative. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects on the hair roots.
