I am 43 male suffering from stomach problems in last 15 years. Mainly gas acidity. When I walk pain and gas increases giving feelings of involuntary rectum discharge which happens also in small qty if I continue walk. So I can't walk or stand for more than 30-40 minutes. I feel depressed affecting libido too. Over sensitive to cleanliness. High time in bath busy washing clothes. Can you help.
