I am 20 years of age, 165 cms tall and I weigh only 52 kgs. I play football for my college team which means I do more cardio than required and it doesn't let me gain weight. I need to gain at least 5 kgs. I need a fit, strong and an athletic body (not fat) so that I can improve my strength and speed in the game. Which supplement (s) should I go for? Mass gainers? Whey Protein? Casein? Or something else? Please keep in mind that I need to do cardio 5 days a week. I can't cut on my cardio as I am a footballer.

Whey protein is good after workout more strength exercise and weight training also you can add. You have to include cardio but 15 minutes is enough per day. Small and frequent meals add more proteins in your diet healthy meal is very important.
