What kind food should we take while we are doing exercises. I am also going to gym to reduce my weight. Please kindly suggest food to maintain the workouts. Is necessary that we should not take rice while doing workouts to reduce weight.

No it's not necessary to take rice while doing exercise but brown rice you can take once or twice in a week after exercise you can have eggs white/ coconut water/roasted chana do not take a outside goods junk foods fried items maida product dessert sauces.

If you are trying to reduce weight and doing gym along with it, then you can take upto 1400-1500 calories diet. Take 50% carbs, 25% proteins, and 25% fats. Since you are trying to reduce weight, focus more on fruits, whole grains, millets etc. Reduce plain white rice, reduce sugary foods and processed foods/ colas etc. While at gym spend 40 mins on cardio - 10 mins on free weights and 10 mins on stretches and abs.
