My son is 36 years old weighing 50 kgs Height 5'5" Recently he started doing knee exercise by lifting weight with legs. Immediately, his left knee started giving pain and he could not put weight on his left leg. The X ray revealed no bone injury. What could be the reason for the pain and how to over come it pl. Advise.

Dear Sir, There's nothing to worry about. Your son has hurted his body not following habituation. Ie gradually and slowly increasing weights and giving time to heal, this is major difference between amateur and professional. Now stop all and ask him to take rest, analgesics sos, once everything settle, start again but like a professional.
