Hi my mom Age is 60 years. She is having no BP and sugar. Recently due to pain in breast and stomach we consult gastroenterologist ,he found a biliary sludge in Gall bladder, gave some medication. He did ECG which shows normal. But today after lunch she felt some sudden sweat on her back and some pain at right side of breast. please guide me is it any problem. We did ECG a month back which shows it is normal. please suggest me, thanks in advance.

A plain ECG sometimes is not enough to rule out a heart related problem. The pain being experienced by your mother could be due to either gastric, cardiac, lung or locally breast related issues. But to find out she requires more tests. Given her age, it will be prudent to rule out cardiac cause first. You should consult a cardiologist. She will require a repeat ECG and tests like Chest x-ray, Echo, blood tests like cardiac enzymes, LFT may be required initially and based on the reports a stress Echo depending on the judgement of treating cardiologist.
