Grade 3 haemorrhoids and a fissure very painful after defecation. The burning and pricking pain continues till evening and than decreases completely. 10 days back had bleeding once. Got hemorrhoids since 10 years. Once had undergone light coagulation therapy under spinal anesthesia. Re occurred after 1 month. Please suggest urgent Remedies.
