Hello, It seems as if nothing made from or wheat flour suits me. Anything junk, even homemade paranthas or bread sandwiches causes acidity. I have to drink lots of water and vomit to feel comfortable after consuming such foods. I am a pure vegetarian. Kindly suggest me remedies to overcome this problem. Thank you

Take pranacharya aceno syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya aceno capsule 1-1 twice a day. And avipattikar churna 1-1 gm with warm water. Take fresh butter milk empty stomach. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Junk food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day.
