Get ultrasound done to rule out uterine causes of spotting as it can be due to low lying placenta. No doubts about urine infections and your hemoglobin is also low you have not mentioned report of routine urine test, means sugar and albumin in urine which should be nil get checked by doctors again, complete the course of antibiotics eat a high protein simple diet like milks and curds Boiled eggs Steamed fish etc normal daal roti chawal subji lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits fresh air to build blood and some proteins supplements take iron folic acid supplements get a culture of urine test done if no improvement after two days.
