Exercises for Problem must be" Need based" and Patient tailored as different patients need specific need based Exercises. Proper diet is also very essential. Tingling and numbness in arm, specialy at night can be Cervical Spine Radiculopathy, or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Your condition needs detailed assessment.
