Hi I am 52 years old and getting hard stool 15-20 times a day from last 15 days and the experience is quite painful at anal while pushing out hard stool. Also, am getting constant fever with temp ranging from 99-101 from last 15 days. Doctor told these might be a symptoms of bacterial infection as he checked manually that there is not any problem of piles but mild fissure in anal. Doctor prescribes O2 tablet as an antibiotic for the treatment and after consuming for 2 days twice am not getting benefit. Please advice what may be the problem? Note: All blood reports are normal.
