I am having average blood sugar 6.6.& I am also having pain in my left feet below first three fingers, so I consult Orthopaedic Dr. He told me because of diabetes. Is it true? If true than I have to start diabetic tablet?

Since your HbA1C is 6.6, it shows you do have diabetes. Yes you must consult a Diabetologist or an Endocrinologist for Diabetic management. The pain in your left foot toes could be due to Diabetic Neuropathy. The Diabetoligist, after doing necessary investigations to see for the Nuropathy, can prescribe you the medications.
