I wanna to increase my weight I am very slim fit usually take 2 times food in a day because of I do not feel like hungry I am not able to take more than 3 bread at a time. So can some one suggest that how to increase weight and hunger.

Do regular exercise, take high protein diet,, take soaked chic peas soaked pea nuts, soaked soybeans,,take Dates, cashew almonds daily,,take green veggies,,take lots of fruits,,take plenty of water,,this along with regular exercise will improve ur condition definitely
