Hello lybrate-user, If you are a vegetarian then I will suggest go for whole milk products, have chapati & rice combination in lunch. Also, have one banana and apple every day. If you are a non-vegetarian, I will suggest along with lean animal protein, start having egg everyday. Don't go for junk foods or ready-to-eat food products, but plan your daily diet with healthy food items so that you can maintain it easily.
