Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (osmf). Kindly consult an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in person for further suggestion. You have symptoms of oral submucous fibrosis. You need to completely stop chewing tobacco products, betel nut, red chillies and avoid tomato seeds. Good news is treatment is possible at this stage provided you stop consuming ghutka and tobacco. See a dentist who is willing to treat or go to govt dental hospital in your locality. Treatment is not expensive. Remember that no treatment will help if you continue consuming tobacco and betel nut. Discontinue these habits before it is too late.
