Im 20 years old, one day before four months, when I woke up, I felt like my low back is painful, I consulted ortho doctor, he asked me to take MRI scan, xray and blood test. Results of xray and blood test were none, but in MRI scan, the result was came like,(L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc shows mild posterior bulge causing thecal sac indentation ). Doctor said me to take heat therapy and posture therapy for 5 days and take rest for a month and he said that it will cure by itself but 4 months were gone, still I can not find any solution, help me out.
