I am a male of 26 ,Whatever I eat mostly goes to my butts I don't know what to do that's why I started to reduce my diet which results that I am underweight (49 kgs) now but when I started taking normal diet again again it effects my butts too. Help me fix it.

Hi, Distribution of fat & muscle is genetically determined. You can follow a healthy balanced diet comprising of complex carbohydrates ,lean protein source & healthy fats. Avoid junk, processed, fried foods & sugary drinks. Also consider including exercise program in your schedule at least 5 days a week. Consisting of 2 days of full body weight training & 3 days of cardio to begin with.
