I am 20 aged Ba Sociology student at calicut university. I always feel I am very thin which made always me as unhappy, from last 4 years I have been living in a hostel, there is fixed food under the hostel authority like curry of kernal (dhaal), chicken one time in a week, sambaar curry ,beyond this I have been given it all in limited measure only without rice, I want to make my body as well, healthy ,for this what I can do within this boundary? ,please tell me a great advice?
