My son 3.9 years is sweating heavily from past 3 days 8 days back he had loose motion (we just give soup, no medicine) & 4 days back he had vomit & loose motion. Doctor gave medicine for both loose motion & vomit. Doctor suggest because of deficiency he is sweating too much. If he eats to much/heavy masala/out side, he has stomach pain. This is from long time. Sometime he gets leg pain, While sleeping he always breath with mouth, from nose it?s difficult to breath He is active normally & weight is around 14 kgs Please suggest.
